Android 4.0 Update for Tablets?

I just updated my Sony Tablet S with Android 4.0.3, and when i try to access the google play store this message pops up “Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped.”
Does anyone else have this problem after moving up from Honeycomb to ICS?

I have the Asus Transformer Prime, and did not have an issue updating from Android 3x to 4x.

I would recommend to try uninstall the Google Play updates and clear all of the cache.

Go to Settings > Apps > Downloaded tab > Google Play Store > Press one at a time, “Clear cache” and “Uninstall updates”. Then turn your tablet off, and turn it back on again. See if that helps, and most likely you will have to reinstall the updates to Google Play Store.
