I downloaded the Lookout virus scan app and now it won’t unlock. I have tried to get thru to Proscan support but it seems that the site is down. Any help at all please. The tablet is a gift so only have a few days. Have bought a replacement tablet (Polaroid) and it is soooo slow compared to the Proscan
